Building Environmentally for Mankind - Hubs for Knowledge & Human Development
One of the tenants of the N3 Global Solutions organization is to introduce a type of sustainable lifestyle that uses renewable energy, promotes healthy living and emphasizes education. We call this new type of sustainable lifestyle - BEM...
BEM (Building Environmentally for Mankind) will focus on the construction of affordable self sustainable communities worldwide.
These dynamic communities will serve as Hubs for Knowledge and Human Development.
N3 Global and associates aims to build education oriented communities for indigenous, refugees and other underprivileged by delivering project coordination, safety & security, smart housing (Build -100 plus units per month) and green/self sustainable energy products.
Our inhabitants will learn to use and commercialise green energy of biogas systems, water filtering systems and solar systems.
The villagers will learn and develop through renewing educational projects based on online communities which are led by our project coordinators/educators on the ground.
These HUBS for Knowledge and Human Development will function as models for non-profit private education at the community level, while also challenging and motivating competitions for entrepreneurs within the radar of this educational system.
Our goal is to help people, help themselves out of poverty through education and capacity building.

Overview
Project Background and Description
Social and environmental effects of poor development programs inherited by South Africa’s new government has created a critical shortage of affordable housing options for people in this country. South Africa’s ever increasing unemployment, new credit legislation and cost of property have all conspired to make it even more difficult to afford housing, even for people who have jobs and want to buy property. There are thousands of people living in squatter camps because there isn’t enough housing. Most of these people who are living in these poor conditions are unemployed.
BEM and its associate partners, mission is to design, build and install quality low cost sustainable housing communities worldwide .Our efforts are focused on helping rural communities to lift themselves out of poverty and provide opportunities for its inhabitants to enhance their quality of life.

Implementation Plan
-
The project that is presented, it’s a multifamily housing (3 families) with 120 m2 of building area.
-
Initially planned to be built in a traditional way, bricks and reinforced concrete, the project was executed with DEC SYSTEM technology, using the D-LCP panels, which demonstrated full flexibility and adaptability to the initial requirements.
-
The high mechanical strength and excellent thermal and acoustic behavior of D-LCP panels, enabled a significant reduction in the thickness of the walls, with noticeable gains in the useful area of the dwelling.
-
DEC SYSTEM allowed a more economic construction, stronger, more comfortable and faster execution.
-
This work was completed in 15 days by a team of 6 employees, of which only two were specialized technicians.
